grapesDiscover Gilroy Wineries in the Santa Clara Valley. This is area is also known as the Santa Clark Valley Wine Region. The wineries which are located just south of San Jose. Wineries are in the towns of Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and San Martin.

Most are small family owned wineries. The person pouring wine for you in the tasting room may well be one of the family members.

Casa de Fruta is famous for it’s fruit stand and restaurant. They also have a deli, tasting room, narrow gauge railroad, and carousel. It’s a popular stopping place on the Pacheco Pass. This winery produces fruit wines and varietal wines. As you tour Gilroy wineries, stop for a meal and convenient wine tasting.
