Suggestions for Making the Most Popular Martini Recipes

  • Chill your martini shaker and your glasses in the freezer before starting. In fact, chill all of the ingredients. This will help the drink stay cold longer.
  • Be sure to have extra ice on hand. If you are entertaining, martinis do require lots of ice.
  • If the martini includes Gin, you might want to stir the martini to keep the gin from becoming “bruised”.
  • Crushed ice works better than ice cubes in cooling the drink quickly.
  • Use top quality alcohol and fresh juices if possible.
