As you explore California’s numerous regions, we would like to be your guides. We are not wine experts; we are simply people who enjoy drinking good wine. Living all of our lives in California’s Central Valley east of San Francisco, we are surrounded by some of the greatest wine regions in the world.
We have visited the wineries, eaten at the restaurants, stayed at the various inns and hotels. We’ve experienced the fun activities of the Wine Country. Our insider tips will help you plan your own tasting trip. Our goal, in creating this blog, is to help you plan a fabulous experience.
There are many California wineries; ranging from small, intimate tasting rooms to those with large, modern facilities. We hesitate to tell you exactly which wineries to go, each of us in looking for different things when we visit wineries. You are sure to discover your own favorites as you explore the various regions of California.
