Cowboy Canyon Winery was established in 2013. They produce a variety of quality wine. This includes Barbera from grapes grown in the Sierra Foothills, Sangiovese and Chardonnay from Paso Robles grapes, and Heritage from grapes grown in the Napa Valley.
